How can I contact the Cellulo™ team?

You can reach us via email at info@cellulo.mt or message us directly on Instagram or Facebook for a quicker reply.

What are your customer support hours?

Our team is available to respond on business hours Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM. Messages sent outside these hours will be answered the next business day.

I made a mistake with my order. Can I change it?

If you made a mistake with your shipping address or product selection, contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to fix it.

How long does delivery take?

Orders placed before 12 PM (mid-day) are shipped in 1 business day. Orders after that are shipped within 2 business days. Delivery across Malta & Gozo is typically within 24 hours after shipping.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes! We offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you’re not happy with your Cellulo™ Massager, just reach out to us and we’ll guide you through the return or exchange process.

Can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation message. For local courier deliveries, tracking is limited but we’re happy to provide updates via mesenger or instagram chat or email.

Do you ship outside of Malta & Gozo?

Currently, we only offer delivery within Malta & Gozo to ensure fast and reliable service. However if you're interested feel free to let us know by contacting us to potentially be able to ship it directly to you.

I haven’t received my order yet, what should I do?

If it’s been more than 2 business days since you ordered, please contact us with your order number and we’ll investigate right away.
